At Aslan Health, we believe health means more than just the absence of illness — it means caring for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. That’s why May Mental Health Month matters so much to us. It’s a time to shine a light on the often unseen struggles of mental and emotional health and remind our community: you are not alone.
Mental health challenges affect people of all ages, incomes, and backgrounds. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and loneliness are more common than we realize — and yet many suffer in silence, unsure where to turn or afraid to speak up. But here’s the truth: talking about mental health is a sign of strength, not weakness. And taking the first step toward help can change everything.
At Aslan Health, we’re committed to walking alongside you. While we don’t offer mental health counseling directly, we partner with Camille Madsen, LLC, a Christian counselor who provides in-person and virtual care from inside our clinic. We also emphasize lifestyle habits that support emotional well-being — including movement, connection, nutrition, rest, faith, and purpose.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or just need someone to listen, we are here. Whole-person care means you’re seen, known, and cared for — mind, body, and soul.
If you or someone you love is struggling with mental health, don’t wait. Reach out. Let’s take the next step together — in hope, in healing, and in Christ.
