Clay White

Board Chair / Executive Director

With over two decades of service in both law enforcement and the military, Clay brings a heart for leadership, discipline, and community care to Aslan Health. He has served as a Deputy Sheriff in Sherburne County for 20 years and proudly dedicated 21 years to the Army National Guard.

A graduate of Bemidji State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Clay is passionate about continuous learning and embracing new challenges. His calling is to help individuals achieve optimal health—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—through the compassionate, whole-person approach that defines Aslan Health.

As Board Chair, he is deeply grateful for the continued prayers and financial support that sustain Aslan Health’s mission to provide affordable, faith-based care to the community.

Rebecca White

Medical Director and board member

Rebecca White is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has been working as an Advanced Practitioner for Centracare for 11 years in family medicine and is the founding clinician for Aslan Health. She is passionate about quality evidence-based health care access for all, and showing that God's love is for everyone, no exceptions. She is active with Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Response team reaching hurting people in countries around the world with food, medicine, and other assistance in the Name of Jesus Christ. She is the clinician for The Pregnancy Resource Center medical clinic. Her passion is to care for people, bringing hope through health. She firmly believes that the body was created by an amazing Engineer and given the right environment will heal, and function with dignity and hope.

When not working, she spends her time home schooling her daughter, traveling, exercising, reading, and loving on her husband.

Betsy Lund-Ross

Board Secertary

Attorney Betsey Lund Ross is a native of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota and is actively involved in many civic organizations in the greater St. Cloud area.  Betsey has established herself as one of the top lawyers in Central Minnesota area and is often asked to present to civic and business groups on a variety of legal matters.  Betsey is dedicated to the greater St. Cloud area and continues to make her mark as a leader clients can count on.
 
Betsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  She received the CALI award for the highest grade in her Employment Law and Tax Law classes.  She was also awarded First Place in the American Bar Association Regional Representation in Mediation Moot Court Competition.
 
During law school, Betsey was a litigation clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities in St. Paul, Minnesota.  After graduating from law school, Betsey worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Jodi L. Williamson in Olmsted County (Rochester, Minnesota). Prior to establishing Lund Ross, P.A., Betsey worked as an Associate Attorney for a local law firm and then established Lund Ross, P.A. in June 2014.  In 2013, Betsey was selected as a "5 Under 40" by the St. Cloud Times for her civic involvement and innovation in the legal community.
