The SAGE Program: Free Screenings for Those Who Qualify

The SAGE (Screening, Awareness, and Guidance to Empower) Program provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings for Minnesotans who meet income and insurance guidelines. This includes:
- Mammograms
- Pap tests and pelvic exams
- Follow-up testing if results are abnormal
- Support and referrals for further care if needed
Our staff can help you complete the simple eligibility form and get connected right here at the clinic. If you qualify, your cancer screening is completely free — no copays, no hidden bills, no insurance needed.
