Located in the heart of St. Cloud, Aslan Health is a faith-based, nonprofit clinic committed to serving our neighbors who face barriers to healthcare—especially those without insurance. We believe that every individual, regardless of insurance status or income, deserves access to affordable, high-quality care delivered with compassion and dignity.
Meeting a Critical Need in Our Community
The number of people in our community living without health insurance continues to grow. Whether due to job loss, immigration status, or the high cost of private insurance, many individuals and families are left with nowhere to turn for care. That’s where Aslan Health steps in.
We offer primary care services—including preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, and walk-in acute visits—at affordable rates. For those who qualify, we offer deeply discounted care or services at no cost through our charitable care fund.
Our goal is to remove the barriers that keep people from getting the care they need. That means transparent pricing, a sliding fee scale based on income and family size, and compassionate clinicians who take time to listen and treat the whole person—not just the symptoms.

At Aslan Health, we don’t just treat illnesses—we care for the whole person. Our approach is based on the Model of Healthy Living, which addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across seven key areas: Faith Life, Work Life, Movement, Nutrition, Friends & Family, Emotional Health, and Medical Care.
