Your same-day medical care options in St. Cloud
1. Aslan Health for common illnesses, minor injuries, and primary care
Aslan Health may be a good first option when you need timely medical care but your condition is not life-threatening. Our providers can evaluate and treat many common concerns, including:
- Colds, coughs, bronchitis, and respiratory infections
- Sore throats, ear infections, and fevers
- Sinus infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Vomiting, diarrhea, and upset stomach
- Rashes and skin infections
- Insect and tick bites
- Minor burns, bruises, and sprains
- Eye infections
- Allergic reactions that are not severe or life-threatening
- Suture or staple removal
- Blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic-condition concerns
- Medication management and refills when medically appropriate
Aslan also provides preventive care, physicals, women’s health services, sexual-health services, and ongoing management of chronic medical conditions.
Because we provide primary care in addition to same-day visits, we can help with follow-up and ongoing care instead of treating the immediate concern in isolation.
Aslan Health does not have on-site X-ray services and does not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances. If your examination shows that you need imaging, emergency treatment, or another service we do not provide, we will explain the appropriate next step.

2. A traditional urgent care center when you may need additional services
A traditional urgent care center may be the better choice if you have a non-life-threatening problem that is likely to require an X-ray, more extensive on-site testing, or a procedure Aslan does not provide.
Examples may include:
- A possible broken bone
- A deeper cut that may require stitches
- An injury requiring immediate imaging
- A condition requiring testing that is not available at Aslan
Urgent care pricing varies. Patients with insurance may owe a copay, coinsurance, or the full negotiated amount until their deductible is met. Uninsured patients should ask for the self-pay price and whether testing, imaging, medications, or procedures will be billed separately.
3. The emergency room for serious or life-threatening symptoms
Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for symptoms such as:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Signs of a stroke, including facial drooping, arm weakness, or sudden trouble speaking
- Severe bleeding that will not stop
- Loss of consciousness, a seizure, or sudden confusion
- A severe allergic reaction involving difficulty breathing or swelling of the face or throat
- A major injury, serious burn, or suspected broken bone with a visible deformity
- Thoughts of suicide or an immediate danger of self-harm
Do not delay emergency care because of cost. Aslan Health is not an emergency department and cannot provide hospital-level emergency services.

Do I need insurance?
No. Aslan Health’s self-pay model is designed to make care available to people without insurance and to people who prefer a clear out-of-pocket price.
