🥗 What Is Lifestyle Rx?
Lifestyle Rx is based on the Full Plate Living model, a proven framework focused on adding more whole, fiber-rich foods into your diet—rather than restricting or depriving. But it’s more than just a nutrition class. Each 2-hour weekly session includes:
- Education on lifestyle changes that support long-term health
- A brief group check-in with Rebecca White, CNP, a seasoned Family Nurse Practitioner and functional medicine provider
- A rotating schedule of mental health professionals who will lead group discussions on relevant emotional health topics
- A hands-on experience preparing and enjoying a healthy meal together
By combining practical skills, personal interaction, and expert guidance, participants build momentum week after week. You’ll learn what to change, why it matters, and how to make it stick—in a supportive, faith-affirming environment.

We’ve designed Lifestyle Rx for just 8–12 participants per course. Why? Because transformation happens best in community.
